1. Nerosoft – Pre-Treatment System

  • Removes suspended solids, oxidizing agents, & heavy metals(Fe, Mn, Pb)
  • Configurable with filtration, softening, and dosing stages
  • Protects downstream purification units and improves service life
  • Available in manual, semi-auto, and fully automatic configurations

Use Case: Prepares groundwater/surface water for further purification.

2. Nero-UF – Ultrafiltration

  • 3–4 log microbial and colloidal impurity reduction
  • Multiple membrane options: Dead-End, Cross-Flow, In-to-Out, Out-to-In
  • Compact footprint and fully automated operation
  • Built to GMP, cGMP, and ISPE guidelines

Use Case: Clarification and microbial load reduction before RO or purification.

3. Nero-ION – Purified Water Generation

  • Flexible resin/membrane-based purification
  • SS 316L construction with 0.38 Ra internal finish
  • Supports hot water sanitization, recirculation, and maintenance modes
  • Validated against global pharmacopeial standards: USP, JP, EP, IP, WHO

Use Case: Generation of Purified Water (PW) for pharmaceutical processes.

4. NeroUF+ – Post-UF Polishing Unit

  • Final TOC, endotoxin, and microbial reduction
  • Same construction and automation features as Nero-ION
  • Compact and install-flexible, ideal for last-mile polishing
  • Enables high-purity, low-bioburden output suitable for critical applications

Use Case: Enhancing Purified Water before point-of-use or WFI generation.

5. Neroloop – Storage & Distribution System

  • Skid-mounted with 316L SS and 0.38 Ra finish
  • Custom loop options: Ambient, Hot, Chilled, Branched, Parallel
  • Continuous in-line sanitization, recirculation, and polishing
  • Fully compliant with ASME-BPE, WHO, cGMP, MHRA, ENVISA
