Job Description

  • Scope of the job
Complete Project Management in order to complete the Projects in time and within budgets allocated.
  • Job Description- (Incumbent needs to do / Outcome Expected )
  • Detailed Project schedule
  • Project coordination with internal departments and Customers
  • Project monitoring & controlling
  • Prepare Project budgets and monitoring
  • Project execution as per budget with cost control.
  • Project closure with analysis & evaluation for continual improvement & development.
  • Project deliverables/ output
  • Ensure SO punching (Timely and error free)
  • Material tracking
  • FAT internal/External
  • Monitor and control site activities
  • Installation qualification
  • Interdepartmental document verification and approval
  • Provide regular MIR (Management Information Report).
  • Payment planning and follow up with project coordinator.
  • Incumbent needs to know
- MS Projects - Advance Excel, Word, PPT - Pharma processes and Practices - Site construction processes - Document approval - Validation documents - Working on ERP
  • Experience
  • Project Management (Preferably handling WT projects)  – 8 to 10 years
  • Preferably working experience of projects in pharma
